Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the MintAPI website, documentation, and API services.

Use of the service

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any additional policies we publish. You are responsible for your applications, requests, downstream use of data, and anyone using the service through your systems.

Payments, credits, and pricing

Some endpoints require payment before access is granted. Pricing, credits, conversions, supported payment methods, and available packages may change over time. Credits are prepaid usage units for the service. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be used only for eligible MintAPI requests.

Purchased credits are final and non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us in writing. Credits do not expire unless we publish a different rule for a specific promotion, package, or account arrangement.

We may reverse credits, reject top-ups, suspend billing access, or terminate access where we believe credits were obtained through fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, payment failure, or violation of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, remove, or limit endpoints, providers, response shapes, rate limits, or features at any time. Third-party source platforms may also change or restrict access, which can affect availability and output.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, credential misuse, privacy violations, spam, abusive automation, or any activity that harms us, source platforms, or other parties.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, threatens the service, creates legal or operational risk, or harms other users or partners.
