Refund Policy
This policy explains how MintAPI handles refunds, prepaid credits, billing errors, and payment disputes.
Prepaid credits
MintAPI credits are prepaid usage units for eligible API requests. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment instruments.
Purchased credits are final and non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us in writing.
Billing errors
If you believe a payment, credit top-up, or usage charge was processed incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the relevant account, transaction, and usage details. We will review the issue and may correct balances, reverse incorrect usage entries, or provide another remedy where appropriate.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, is duplicated, or does not result in the expected credit balance, we will review available payment records and service logs. Where we confirm an operational or payment-processing error, we may add the missing credits, reverse the duplicate charge, or take another corrective action.
Abuse, fraud, and chargebacks
We may deny refunds, reverse credits, suspend billing access, or terminate access where we believe activity involves fraud, abuse, payment failure, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
